May be able to use recreational model aircraft rules, but really not clear on this. My Chinese is brilliant, but it appears that either (a) a UAV user must be connected to a cloud-based UAV information service which allows them to understand the local environment, weather, control zones, restricted areas etc and provides continuous monitoring of the flight. I (b) if no cloud-based UAV information service is available, then flights must be in a zone set up by the authorities for this purpose. Must be able to record flight data (speed, height, location, direction) Spot anything wrong? Contact us
